Our Thanks To Everyone For A Sold-Out Premiere Event!
ROCHESTER, NY: The Bucket List Gala was a sold-out, scintillating success on the evening of Saturday, September 8, 2012, when 330 of Rochester's most philanthropic residents raised more than $200,000 for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children/NY Branch.
From the moment the guests entered Monroe Golf Club they knew they weren't at your usual charity event. From a top-shelf open bar and a variety of great silent auction items to the spectacular setting (including the weather), guests enjoyed seeing old friends and acquaintances and meeting new ones while enjoying live jazz music and a hand-rolled cigar bar on the patio.
As dinner was served the highlight of the evening began, the Bucket List Gala live auction of 15 life-defining experiences from attending The Masters, Super Bowl, World Series or Kentucky Derby to being a fighter-jet pilot for a day or spending a week at a luxurious Italian villa. All 15 items sold out and multiple items (including the Jet Pilot For A Day, Italian Villa and Napa Valley Wine Tour) were sold a second time.
Our sincere thanks to everyone who supported this first-year event including corporate sponsors, individual donors, silent auction item donors, volunteers and the 330 guests who attended the 2012 Bucket List Gala.
